Hi there! I'm Erica, the proud owner and heart behind Bar 11:11 — a mobile bartending service built with passion, purpose, and lots of love. I'm a proud Hispanic woman, born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, and now serving the entire state of Texas with a dream that’s been years in the making.

I’m a mother, a creative soul, and someone who truly finds joy in serving others. Whether it’s through a good drink, a thoughtful detail, or the energy I bring into a space, I’ve always loved being part of what makes moments unforgettable. Bar 11:11 is more than just bartending — it’s about creating experiences, connecting with people, and celebrating life’s beautiful moments.

Being bilingual (English + Español), I love being able to connect with people from all walks of life and make everyone feel seen, celebrated, and taken care of. To me, family and community are everything, and that shows up in every event I pour into. Every cocktail I craft, every smile I share, it’s all done with the intention of making memories that last.
